Ingredients:
2 frozen Acai berry packets
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
Fresh strawberries, sliced (for garnish)
Fresh blueberries (for garnish)
Granola (optional, for topping)
Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetening)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Acai Bowl Base
In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen Acai berry packets, ripe banana, frozen strawberries, and frozen blueberries.
Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If needed, add a splash of liquid such as almond milk or coconut water to help with blending, but be careful not to add too much, as you want a thick texture.
Step 2: Incorporate the Chia Seeds
Transfer the Acai bowl base into a bowl or serving dish of your choice.
Sprinkle the chia seeds evenly over the top of the Acai mixture.
